Applications
- To use a procedure, we apply it to some values
- Example: (- 25 16) evaluates to

- An application is always a parenthesized list of expressions
where:
- the items in the list are separated by spaces
- the value of the first expression is a procedure
- the values of the rest of the expressions are what the procedure is
to be applied to (called arguments)
- Applications are expressions, so they can be arguments.
