Raw csv WIM data refers to data formatted using comma separated values (csv) translated directly from WIM binary outputs of WIM systems. The columns of csv format are defined by the Mn/DOT TDA and shown in the first line of the csv file. This is an experimental web site, thus it mostly contains old data.
