Bulldog Break the Ice Party at TCF Stadium

The UMD Alumni Association invites you to a Bulldog Break the Ice Party at the brand new TCF Stadium on the U of M campus, on Saturday, November 21, 2009! The evening begins with a stadium tour starting promptly at 5:00 pm from the Benton Country lobby entrance. Then enjoy a Pre-Game Party with  a cash bar and appetizer buffet from 5:30 to 7:00 pm in the Indoor Club Room on the 6th floor of the TCF Stadium (enter at the Benton County entrance). Then at 7:00 pm the Bulldogs battles the Gophers in a men’s hockey game across the street at Mariucci Arena. Stay and watch the game on multiple TV screens in the TCF Stadium Club Room. (sorry, no game tickets available through the UMD Alumni Association) Snacks and a cash bar will be available.

Vote for Bob Nielson as NCAA Division II Coach of the Year

The Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year Award recognizes the college football coach in each NCAA division that best demonstrates sportsmanship, integrity, responsibility, and excellence. Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year Award allows fans to have a say in who wins, and focuses on a coach’s actions on and off the field. The winning coach receives $ 50,000  to donate to charity of his choice and the Alumni Association will receive $ 20,000 for student scholarships.
