UMD Food Service Employment Statement of Responsibilities

If I am accepted as an employee, I acknowledge the following responsibilities:

1. I will adhere to the guidelines of the Food Service Employee Handbook.
2. I will come to work on time, neatly groomed and dressed appropriately.
3. If for any reason I am unable to report to work, I will contact a supervisor. Failure to do so may be cause for immediate dismal.
4. I understand that I am requesting employment for the entire semester, including the final examination period. I accept this responsibility and am aware that failure to work throughout all of the semester may disqualify me for any subsequent work in the UMD Food Service Department,
5. I will provide a copy of a paid fee statement before my time of employment has begun, and will inform my employer of any changes in my status.
