SENIOR SUMMER HOUSING UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA DULUTH |
Designs vary but all apartments include a kitchen, living room, dining area, two bedrooms, and bathroom. Units in all apartment complexes are furnished with stove, refrigerator, dining table and chairs, couch and chair, end table, desks and chairs, desk lamps, closet and dresser space, beds and mattresses, draperies, and shower curtains. Apartments are not air conditioned.
Televisions, cell phone, microwaves, fans, cooking and eating utensils, radios, clocks, clothes hangers, irons, ironing boards, mattress pad, etc. must be provided by residents. Window air conditioning units are not permitted. Portable indoor air conditioning units are permitted.
University apartments are NOT furnished with telephones. Upon request, local phone service will be made available in your apartment on a rental basis. You will need to provide your own analog phone.
You may bring your own or televisions are available on a rental basis. Summer
residents are provided with free basic cable channels (approximately 100 channels).
LINEN
Included in the housing rate, each bed is provided with pillow, pillow case.
Residents must provide towels and wash cloths. We also encourage
residents to bring extra blankets and their own mattress pad.
