Two weeks notice is desired but not required. Ample notice provides the Multimedia Hub the opportunity to schedule film crew, cameras and other equipment for your event. The Multimedia Hub rates are available. There is a set up and take down charge of 1 hour for all film and audio events. You will be charged for video and/or audio recording, editing and final format preparation to dvd, mp4, UMD's Youtube account. Your files will be removed from our server after 6 months.
