Getting started
ITSS supports several Novell servers that provide network software, file and print services to faculty and staff. These services are available for both Windows and Macintosh users.
Novell account options
There are two types of Novell accounts: full-service (for Windows and Mac users) and print-service (for Windows users only). The following table lists the services available with each type of account.

Costs for Novell service
Effective 7/1/06, Novell services are included as part of the overall ITSS network service, so there is no additional monthly charge.
