Agency Description:

The mission of SLCPHHS-Family Outreach is to protect, promote and improve the health and quality of life in St. Louis County. Family Outreach Services are provided to parents who call and request support services.  Anyone who lives in St. Louis County can receive services regardless of income.  Family Outreach also provides services to the court when requested through an Individual and Family Assessment, to the community when a child is placed on a police hold for a non-child protection reason, and to the state of Minnesota when there are interstate compact requests from others states involving children in the foster care or child protection systems. Family Outreach Services are part of the Initial Intervention Unit, intake for the Family Services Division of St. Louis County Public Health and Human Services.
