Who may participate?: All faculty and staff


How do you participate:

1. Keep track of your daily physical activity from September 17, 2007 through January 17, 2008 by filling out the Daily Log Form.

    Examples of Physical Activities:

    aerobics
    backpacking
    baking
    bicycling
    calisthenics
    canoeing
    carpentry
    dancing
    exercising
    gardening

    going up and down stairs
    golf
    home improvement
    jogging
    jumping rope
    mopping floor
    mowing (push lawmower)

    vacuuming
    walking
    washing car/windows
    weight lifting
    wood working
    yardwork

    2. Send your Daily Log Form by January 25, 2008 to:
