Grievance Procedure
Employees with disabilities or medical conditions are responsible for contacting UReturn - Employee Services if reasonable accommodations are not implemented in an effective or timely way.
UReturn - Employee Services works with university personnel and employees with disabilities or medical conditions to resolve disagreements regarding recommended accommodations or adjustments.
Employees with disabilities or medical conditions who believe they have been discriminated against on the basis of their disability or medical condition may file a grievance with the UMD Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action.
