HILLS! 12+miles(2 hours). Park St. - Everett loop. 3 sets of frog jumps, high step bounding ,and running up the hill hard (thus part st. hill 9 times). Included ~400 m pickup each loop on Everett st., It was the most tired I've been after a workout all year.
