"He was pretty stubborn back then, and instead of letting himself get caught by the classmate who was playing Farmer Bob, Sam decided to run away, flapping his turkey wings and squawking his little heart out. The rest of the cast followed his lead. By the time the teachers finally dropped the curtain down on the fiasco, most of the set was knocked down, and Sam had 'flown' into the first row of the auditorium, still squawking away. After the family got over being mortified, your grandmother laughed so hard she nearly started rolling around on the auditorium floor."
