Campus Visit programs include a presentation from an admission representative and a campus tour from a student tour guide. Tours are available Mondays and Wednesdays through Fridays. In addition to your tour, you may also schedule an appointment with an admissions counselor. With at least two weeks notice, academic and campus partner appointments may be arranged. Appointments are subject to departmental availability.
MyGuide is a student-created visit program that puts the campus visit experience in your hands! This program provides you the opportunity to choose your tour guide and explore UMD in a more personalized way.
MyGuide tours will return Fall semester.
We're hosting Bulldog Friday Visits on October 4 and November 8. In addition to the presentation and tour, Bulldog Fridays include an Academic and Student Service Information Fair. This info fair gives you a chance to learn more about the many academic, extracurricular, and social opportunities that UMD has to offer. Bulldog Friday Visits are the perfect way to explore UMD and to get your college search questions answered.
Me At UMD is on Saturday, November 9. Come spend a day with us and get a personalized look at campus life, take a full tour of campus, connect with other students and faculty, and learn more about programs and services to enhance your success.
After selecting your UMD visit, you and your parent (if email provided) will receive a confirmation email with a parking pass, directions to campus, and itinerary of your visit.
If you are unable to print your parking pass, contact our office at email@example.com, and we will mail you a parking permit. Please allow five-seven business days for our office to process this request. Campus visitors are directed to park in Gold Lot A with their assigned parking permit. Once parked, follow directional signage to your campus visit location.
